PRP in my experience has been very successful in restoring sensitivity to the penis. Patients report “better sensation, better girth and better orgasm.” Some report an extended or repeated orgasm. For achieving and maintaining erections, the PRP alone or combined with low intensity shock waves may be successful for you. Adding PDE 5 inhibitors (eg. sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil) may be very helpful as well.
