The only feature from your pics that appears as if there could be improvement is your nose.  Frontal view demonstrates a somewhat wide and boxy tip and this can be easily corrected.

It is too early to determine if what you see is still residual swelling or some extra bony hump that needs to be removed.  It may take up to one year to make this decision.  Removing some extra bone at a later date is relatively simple compared to revising the tip and can be done using a closed approach

It is difficult to answer your question without seeing more views of your nose.  Often with an open rhinoplasty your tip can be sculptured to a more symmetric position.  Often when tip asymmetries are corrected then the appearance of the nostrils improve.

When you smile it appears you have a crease in your upper lip that may be due to a tight frenulum .  If that is true that frenulum can be severed to lessen that crease.  Tip movement while talking can also be lessened by removing a muscle (depressor septi) during nasal surgery

If the deviated septum is significant enough to impair your nasal airway it is then considered medically necessary and often covered by insurance no matter the age of the patient.  That is assuming you are bothered by it and medical therapy attempts for at least a month trial are not successful.

Adequate chin projection is often determined by the the apex of the chin aligning with a vertical dropped from the lower lip   Your chin appears to meet that requirement already. You do seem to be a candidate for liposuction of the neck as there appears to be a small amount of fullness there. In addition the tip of your nose appears broad and droops when you smile. . those features could be improved upon if they bother you.

After a significant hump is removed during rhinoplasty, almost always osteotomies are done to fracture the nasal bones in to narrow the nose and close what is know as an open roof.   The tip is also often narrowed during the same procedure. Pictures and an in office consultation of course is necessary

Impossible to answer without pictures.  I have been performing permanent lip enlargement for the last 25 years on select patients that fit the criteria. The most common I perform is upper lip vermillion lip lift which I have several examples on my website.

An in person consultation is obviously necessary. From your pics it appears relatively straight to me. But you are correct in that both crooked lips and or a crooked nose/septum could affect philtrum position along with a facial nerve paralysis.

Hi.   Of course a more accurate answer could be given if you had pictures for us to evaluate.  It is possible and common to do just tip work for a rhinoplasty if the rest of the nose is fine. With an in person consultation it can be determined if tip refinement would benefit you and if the slight change you seek is worth the risk of surgery.

Yes it appears there is some sort of depression in some of your pics. An in person consultation is necessary.  this could have been cause by many things and sometime simple endonasal grafting with cartilage and or filler options can help

Hard to tell by your pictures.  It does appear that the supposed longer side of your nostril maybe due to an asymmetric concavity or pinching of your left alar cartilage and simple grafting may help this

Sorry about your concerns.  It is very difficult to answer your question without more pictures from different angles.   If after 6-12 months if there are still concerns they can often be easily corrected if a surgeon agrees with your areas of imperfection especially if something needs to be reduced in size.
