It is important to evaluate the bridge in relation to your occlusal plane and the plant/level of the upper teeth. All these elements should coordinate perfectly together otherwise you would have biter interference. Your best reference is your dentist as he/she has all the details. Botox cannot be used to close gaps between teeth. We inject fillers into the gum papillae to close such gaps. Results are great but usually last till you body absorbs the filler. However, a detailed exam and measuring of the gaps are determining factors in suitability of such treatment.

Crowns in the smile area may need a different approach. The margin of the crown can be made in porcelain so that no dark line shows. Another option it to make an all porcelain crown with no metal. 
Caps on deep cavities months ago – now one of them really throbs and more sensitive.

Teeth with deep cavities may not recover after placing restorations, including crowns. Throbbing pain is usually a sign of irreversible inflammation of the pulp of the tooth. Follow up with you dentist to determine the best treatment.

Fillers is used to correct lip asymmetry. In your case, it can also be used to give volume to the lateral areas of the lips. Botox, Xeomin, and thread lifts can be used to correct the down turned mouth corners. Threads would last much longer.
