The most concerning thing is the eyelid pulling away from the globe of the eye. If the eye dries out, the cornea (part a contact lens sits on) can be damaged. Use lubrication (ointment for the eyes) at night and during the day. Don’t let the eye dry out. I recommend eyelid pushups to my patients. Put a finger on the lower eyelid and push it straight up. The pictures are small, but in general I think your idea of narrowing the top and the tip slightly as well as taking the top down a little bit would make subtle but nice changes. Smartlipo is a great way to contour the body. i have been performing this procedure for years in Salt Lake City. I am not sure of our elevation. The only effects of elevation are decreased atmospheric pressure (and at extreme elevations, decreased oxygen). Correcting loose skin on the abdomen is always a challenge. Liposuction, even with the laser, is often not enough to tighten the skin. The skin is a lot like a balloon that when deflated can look wrinkled and loose. We are at the mercy of the elasitn fibers and healing process as to how much the skin will tighten up.

The cartilage used for grafting during a rhinoplasty comes from the septum, ear or rib cage. If possible the cartilage will come from the septum as no additional scars are necessary.

The paried cartilage that shape the tip of the nose are shaped like the letter "M". Bringing the top of the "M" together will narrow the tip. This is usually done with sutures. You have to happy with your nose so you should do what you would like. However, I think you should consider narrowing your tip as that would make your nose more consistent cosmetic ideals. Good luck.

Eyelid surgery can encompass more than one surgery. Blepharoplasty, a cosmetic procedure for the eyes, will not by itself result in bigger eyes. If you had a blepharoplasty of the upper eyelid, then you should see more upper eyelid as the loose hanging skin is removed.

How much height you can get from an ear cartilage graft will vary. If the cartilage is layerd on the dorsum (bridge) of the nose, 1-2 millimeters is likely. Another technique I have used is to borrow the fascia of the temporal muscle from behind the ear as well as the ear cartilage.
