There are some newer procedures for tightening the face such as new lasers, radio frequency devices, ultrasound devices such as Ultherapy and others. There are also some new technical advances in a surgical facelift/necklift although the procedure is basically the same as it has been for a while.

In some surgical cases, it is helpful to make a small incision beneath the chin to have access to some fat, and to suture the muscle in that area to tighten the neck. That incision usually heals...

It is difficult to tell from the single photo if you have had too much filler. An in person evaluation would be very helpful in your case. There could still be some swelling, even after two weeks. In the worst case scenario, you could have some of the filler dissolved by the available hyaluronidase product.

Your nose does look a little asymmetrical from the front. I would be helpful to see some other views to better assess your nose. It would also be helpful, but not critical to see photos from before your previous rhinoplasty.
I would suggest going back to your original surgeon first and discuss your concerns. You could then decide if you want to get some other opinions.

It is too early to assess your results if you had the filler less than 24 hours ago even if you do not have much swelling or bruising. I would suggest waiting two weeks and have it assessed with the doctor who did the injection. Thank you for your question.

I'm sure that our cost will vary from your area however here is the information you requested. A face lift would cost about $11,000. The cheek implants would add about $3000 to the total fee. However we don't do many implants and have found that fat transfer's or fillers make a better choice.

It is possible to build up the nasal dorsum with a variety of methods. One is use of a filler as well as surgical options including a cartilage graft from the nasal septum, ear, or rib depending on how much cartilage is needed.
I would suggest a few consults with someone who does a lot of rhinoplasties. It is difficult to give specific advise based on the two photos you included.

It is unlikely that your numbness and blurry vision are related to your Botox injections. You could get bruising, and drooping of your brow and lids that would be temporary. Botox affects the motor nerves, so it should not cause numbness which is related to sensory nerves. Drooping can occur from forehead injections in some patients. Short term itching could occur from inflammation or reaction to a topical anesthetic, but I do not see how that would persist six months later. I would suggest...

I would not suggest rushing into jaw surgery for your facial asymmetry. Without a side view, or look at your occlusion, I cannot fully assess your situation. I would suggest trying a filler along the right side of your jaw first as it is temporary and reasonably safe.

- Excessive length of the cartilage of your nasal septum is a common issue we see often. It can be protruding on one side and be in the mid-line. This is a relatively easy issue to improve with surgery. You may also have some other issues such as nasal obstruction due to septal deflection further inside your nose, or other deformities of the appearance of your nose that you would like improved. Your lips seem large for one half syringe of Voluma. It would be helpful to see what your lips looked like before that injection was done. I am also curious what happened to the other half of the Voluma syringe. It does not come in a half cc size so it was either used somewhere else in your face, saved, discarded or another scenario.

Some of the fullness could be swelling. I do not use Voluma in the lips because I think there are better products to use there....

I would suggest you see two to three surgeons who do revision rhinoplasty and pick the one you are most comfortable with. Waiting a year to do a revision is generally a good idea since some healing is going on until that time. Doing the revision sooner before all the healing has occurred and all the swelling has resolved increases the chance of not getting the long term result you want.

Canthopexy and Canthoplasty are basically the same thing when they relate to lower eyelid blepharoplasty. They are used to tighten the outside corner of the lower eyelid to try to avoid ectropion (an excessively low position and sometimes a turned out appearance of the lower lid). You are an excellent candidate for a rhinoplasty. The tip can be made less bulbous by trimming the cartilages (lower lateral cartilages) beneath the skin. Your nose is a little long. Slight shortening of it would help with the hooked appearance when smiling. It looks like there is some asymmetry with the area above the tip off to the left. This can be corrected by straightening the septum and the cartilages below the nasal bones (the upper lateral cartilages).

I would suggest an injection of the enzyme to try to dissolve the filler. It could take a few weeks for it to work and may need to be done again. If all else fails, a tiny excision of the bump could be done with a small punch and a single suture placed to close the area.
