This looks like it would be easily treated with IPL or BBL, both of which are used to treat dark/pigments lesions. You must take care to stay out of the sun before treatment, so many don’t do it during summer months because of sun exposure. You should definitely be examined by a physician to confirm the diagnosis before starting any treatments.

There are a number of ways to treat acne scars. In our practice, we utilize microneedling with PRP, sublative radiofrequency device, chemical peels and occasionally fillers in different combinations.
