You have naturally full lips so I would advise a consultation with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon near you to discuss which dermal filler would give you the optimal results. The indentations you have are temporary and should go away with time. If you notice they are persistent I recommend you make an appointment with your injector / dermatologist to have them assessed.

Hi,
Dropping after Kybella is possible and is a side effect of injection around the marginal mandibular nerve. Typically this side effect is temporary, but I would recommend calling your injector to have a formal evaluation in clinic. They can discuss with you what to expect and the typical duration of symptoms. Time is typically the best medicine for this type of side effect. In our clinic we see patients in follow-up from 10-12 weeks because we do not notice maximum fat loss and skin…

Thanks for your question and sharing your pictures. Dermal fillers under the eyes typically swell quite a bit and this can last up to two weeks. Product choice in this area is quite important. Juvederm under the eyes will often absorb water and end up looking puffy/swollen. At this point I would recommend ice and an antihistamine, like zyrtec, to help expedite the resolution of the swelling. If you still have considerable swelling /puffiness after two to three weeks…

Thanks for your question. It is not a good idea to use this medication for breakouts. It may worsen or cause a condition that looks like acne called peri-oral dermatitis ( or peri-ocular dermatitis). Please make an appointment with a dermatologist in your area and discuss treatment options for your breakouts. Hope this helps.
