Liposuction will not affect the body's ability to move or make certain movements. It will not affect the musculoskeletal system. Superficial skin nerves can be numb for a few months until fully regenerated, but that will have no affect on body movements.

Liposuction will decrease the overall volume around your abdomen, however if will not change the appearance when sitting. A zone of adhesion is the cause for the creasing in your abdomen when sitting. Everyone has zones of adhesion; some are just more pronounced than other's.
Liposuction can be done without general anesthesia, but is considered more comfortable to the patient when they choose to be put to sleep.

Is Renuvion really worth it? Or should I just do a thigh lift if I want the max results?

Renuvion will not remove the cellulite devits in the skin. Liposuction will decrease the overall size of the thighs and Renuvion will remodel your collagen to tighten your skin approximately 30%. If you are seeking the most dramatic results possible, a thigh lift would be required though I do not think that is necessary for you as based off the photos you do not have an excessive amount of loose skin.
Can I achieve definition in my core with lipo 360 or should I consider abdominal etching?

If you are seeking a more defined appearance to your abdomen, hi-definition liposuction would be required. This allows fat in the superficial layer to be removed exposing more definition in the abdominal muscles.
