Hello, I am sorry you are going through this experience. How long ago was your procedure? Are you still doing compression? If so, what kind of compression? I have seen this resolve with aggressive massage of the rippled area with a gentle moisturizer, like Aquaphor, and time. Incorrect compression can contribute to the skin not laying smoothly. It could be restricting the skin from settling properly. If it does resolve over the next few months, then you could consider a formal neck lift….
