Restylane Defyne is an excellent filler for midface and cheeks. I usually inject this area with a canula to prevent or minimize bruising and pain. Deep bruising can sometimes cause pain. It should resolve with ice and time. Contact your provider if overlying redness or pain persists or worsens.

So far I have used this product for the last 3 yrs and have found it to be an excellent solution for long term replacement of facial volume loss. I always perform pretesting to r/o bovine collagen allergies.

I find in my practice patients respond well to radio-frequency treatments to skin and also micro-needling with platelet rich plasma. We are able to smooth out skin and make skin smoother. Ongoing treatment of acne to prevent future acne from developing. Hope that helps. Thank you

Facelift bruising can be decreased by taking Bromelain, Arnica, papayas and pineapples.
These bruises will usually resolve over the next few weeks. Make sure there are no hematomas under the skin. See your surgeon regularly to evaluate your healing.

Both work well. Dysport is generally cheaper, works faster and sometimes lasts longer in my patients.
Find a board certified plastic surgeon to perform injections. Dysport is not recommended for patients with milk protein allergy.

I think your lips look natural and not too big. You may not be used to them and they will go down with time, and lip massage. If you want some dissolved you will need to have your physician to inject hyaluronidase to dissolve filler. I suggest just give it some time.

Your nose skin would benefit from resurfacing of skin. Consider microneedling with Platelet Rich Plasma, dermabrasion or fractional laser resurfacing. Contact a Board certified Facial plastic surgeon familiar with all these modalities. Slow improvements over time are less likely to cause major side effects.

Any mass that is growing in your body should be surgically removed if possible. The mass should then be sent to a pathologist for evaluation and pathological diagnosis. This is called an excisional biopsy when entire lesion is removed at one time. Make sure a Board Certified Physician removes mass.

You nose requires more support and structure to build it up to allow for projection and length.
You will need more support of tip, narrow of nasal bones and increasing height of dorsum. You may require the use of rib cartilage to support your nose and add more definition.
Find a Board Certified ENT/Facial Plastic Surgeon who you can realistically communicate your goals and expectations.

Facelift surgery comes in many forms and many names. Mini vs Full etc. It does sound that you have alot of medication to take to make sure you are comfortable during your surgery. Too much depends on your size, age and any other medications you are used to taking. I prefer to perform these procedures under IV sedation using Propofol. Hi,
In my practice I address multiple aspects of facial aging.
1) Skin hydration and texture- Recommend good diet, sun protection, Oxygeneo facial, and PCA skin care products.
2) Volume loss- Facial Fillers such as Voluma or Restylane Defyne and Platelet Rich Plasma
3) Skin tightening- Microneedling, Radiofrequency treatments, and increasing volume usually help significantly. If not consider a mini facelift with lipo of jowls.
