Complete healing after rhinoplasty surgery will take several months including the swelling that fluctuates up to 1 year after the procedure. absolutely it is my recommendation that you go visit the surgeon who performed your surgery so he can examine if the trauma has had any sort of impact on the procedure. the suture may have to be removed if it is exposed and maybe some form of nasal tapping be of help to reduce some resulting swelling from the hit.
