Swelling has increased 6 days after kybella injection. Will my results be the same?
Swelling after Kybella
Oct 26, 2015
Swelling in the morning is not always a reason for concern as body fluids tend to shift to the head and neck during the night. I would return to your injector for a quick evaluation. The grid can be helpful with spacing the injection points but is by no means required for a successful Kybella session.

You may want to consult your dentist if bruxism (grinding teeth) is part of your problem. Bruxism can have a range of causes and depending on the cause different treatments are available.
Can I have Botox when I have rosacea?
Botox and rosacea
Apr 17, 2015
Rosacea is a disease of the midfacial skin. Injection of botox into the muscles of the upper face is very unlikely to have an effect on your rosacea. Even if your skin is extremely sensitive to creams and medications you should be able to tolerate botox since its action is below the surface of the skin.
Why would this doctor want to inject 25 units of Botox into my forehead for a brow lift?
Botox brow lift
Apr 17, 2015
Botox can lift the eyebrows if you relax the muscles that pull the brows down. 25 units in the lower part of the forehead – between and near the eyebrows – can help with that. The area to inject is called “glabella” and that is likely what your injector meant when he wrote you you. I am sure you can clarify things with him/her
Still wrinkles in inner eye corner after botox. What to do?
lines on the inner corner of the eye
May 3, 2014
The inner corner of the lower eye lid is a very common site for the eye muscle to produce wrinkling. It is not related to the nose muscle which wrinkles the nose but is a function of the eye muscle itself (orbicularis oculi muscle). It can be injected with Botox and will relax very nicely. However, if the physician is not experienced with this injection it is easy for the injection to result in bruising.
After my last round of Botox, my forehead became extremely oily. What should I do?
oily skin after botox
May 3, 2014
Oil glands are regulated by hormones and not affected by Botox. The sweat glands however are affected by Botox – but their activity is reduced – that means you should sweat LESS after Botox. In any case – after 6 months, all the effect of Botox should have subsided – so whatever makes your forehead oily is not from the Botox. Check with your dermatologist – good luck !
Should I have botox for neck pain? I had stroke 2 years ago and have constant headaches. Is this re
Botox for neck pain
May 3, 2014
If you neck pain is caused by muscle spasms then Botox may be an option. This is usually done by neurologists not by cosmetic surgeons. Good luck !
