The CO2 laser can require many days of recovery. One trick that I like for make-up remover is coconut oil or argan oil. The oils will usually take the eye-makeup off with ease and will hydrate the skin without clogging. I would not recommend using makeup on the fresh, healing skin. You may consider a tinted, physical-blocking sunscreen over your moisturizer, and you may remove it by washing with a gentle cleanser and warm water.

The great thing about hyaluronic acid products is that you can reverse most lumps, bumps and extra product that you do not like. Juvederm usually lasts 6-9 months, but has been known to last years in some individuals. I would recommend that you follow up with the doctor who injected you, and see if a small amount can be dissolved with hyaluronidase so you don’t have excess product creating a skin fold. It is not uncommon to have pinpoint bleeding, scabs and oozing after a Pixel laser treatment. I would recommend post-treatment vinegar/water soaks 4x daily, copious amounts of Aquaphor or Vaseline on a regular basis, and refraining from picking. If you develop yellow crusts, excessive pain, fevers/chills, then you should call your doctor and start an antibiotic in case of bacterial infection.
