You may want to look into Exilis which is made by BTL corporation and works well to tighten skin in this area, in particular if your weight is stable and your being quite young. If you are at or close to your full height and have no particular issues from an endocrine(hormone) standpoint, e.g. polycystic ovaries syndrome, laser hair removal should work well to give you long-term diminished hair growth in the areas you mention.
