Bottle of Latisse Says to Store at 36-77 Degrees - Should I Store It in the Fridge?
Latisse storage
Jun 24, 2011
Optimal storage for Latisse is at room temperature. It is best to avoid extreme temperatures for this product, including refridgeration or excess heat.
Will Botox Treat my Forehead for Sweating During the Summer?
Botox and Dysport Effective for Forehead Sweating
Jun 24, 2011
Botox and Dysport, when used for forehead wrinkles, also decrease forehead sweating. If these are used primarily for forehead sweating, one must be careful not to inject too many units or too low on the forehead to cause forehead or eyelid drooping. The effects of these toxins will last anywhere from 3-6 months in most people.
Minocycline for Adult Acne. Will This Interact Badly with Botox?
Botox and Antibiotics
Apr 3, 2011
Botox does not cross-react with any oral antibiotics, so they can be used safely together. It is important, however, to be aware of other side effects of oral antibiotics before ingesting them.
Some Pigment Left Behind After Mole Biopsy
Benign mole does not need re-excision
Feb 26, 2011
After a mole is removed, repigmentation may often occur. This occurs more frequently after shave biopsies, but I have seen it even after deep excisions. If the original biopsy was benign, the recurrent mole does not need to be re-excised. If the original biopsy showed atypical cells and the pigmentation recurs, then the mole may need re-excision.
Dysport Headache - How Long Will It Last?
While Botulinum toxins can often alleviate headaches, they may also cause them.
Feb 10, 2011
These headaches do not usually last for more than a few days, and respond well to Advil or Motrin. Also, temporal and jaw massages can help as well as the acupuncture technique of pressing hard on the area between the thumb and forefinger (the "snuff box") and holding it for a minute or two. It worked for me!
Can Retin A or Renova Be Used on the Chest and Neck?
Yes it works!
Jan 27, 2011
I believe that everyone should be using a retinoid if they can tolerate it! It definitely works on the chest and neck, but skin irritation and cost are the drawbacks. Also, it can make your skin slightly more sensitive to the sun, so be sure to wear sunscreen.
Can I Apply Retin-a Gel on My Nose?
Yes Retin-A works for blackheads
Jan 27, 2011
Yes you may apply Retin-A to improve the blackheads on your nose, but I recommend starting slowly  because it can cause skin irritation. Try using a very small amount every third night, then work up to every other night as tolerated. Also, do not use it if you are pregnant or if you will be going in the sun the next few days.
