A loose implant crown should be addressed ASAP. If you choose to put it off, it is at risk for either the crown to break, the middle piece (abutment) to break, or the screw to break. It is a very easy and relatively inexpensive process to recement the crown which would become more expensive and time consuming if something were to break. Hope this helps!

For the chipped edges I see in your photo, veneers would be a better and more conservative option. However, if you suffer from acid reflux and the enamel has been eroded on the backs of your teeth, a crown would be better to cover and protect your teeth again. With either option, I would also have your dentist fill in the chip on your canine tooth and make you a nightguard to sleep in to protect your other teeth from wearing down as well.

My recommendation for a longer term solution is to have two porcelain veneers done. This way the colors and light reflection will be a perfect match. An experienced cosmetic dentist will be able to do your veneers with minimal preparation to your teeth so that the veneer itself is about as thin as a contact lens. Porcelain is stronger than the bonding you currently have and it also does not absorb stain. Most porcelain veneers last 10-15 years.

On first glance, it appears that you had Botox/Dysport to drop the lip and also lip filler. Filler can be quite heavy. The heavier lip in combination with the weaker muscle has created this effect. Unfortunately, you must wait for the effects of Botox to wear off (will take about 3 months). Depending on the type of filler you had, the added volume and heaviness in your lip will last longer. The solution is simply to wait, then re-evaluate how low your smile line is when the Botox wears off.

It depends on the end result you’d like to achieve. If you only want to repair the chipped teeth while keeping the spaces between, you can do 4 veneers. If you’d like to close the spaces as well, you would need 8 veneers (6 always end up looking big and fake). If I were you, I would absolutely make the investment in 8 veneers. That will give your dentist the freedom to design a perfect smile for you!
