Name: Wesley Anne Brady, MD

Statement: Dr. Wesley Anne Brady is a board-certified gynecologist surgeon with nearly 20 years of experience. As the founder and medical director of Women’s Wellness Institute of Dallas, Dr. Brady has performed more than 3,000 cosmetic vaginal surgeries and helped thousands of women improve their sexual health.

She offers a comprehensive variety of cosmetic vaginal surgeries, including vaginoplasty and labiaplasty, as well as vaginal rejuvenation treatments like Votiva, ThermiVa, MonaLisa Touch, and the O-Shot, alongside bioidentical hormone regimens.

Dr. Brady takes pride in creating a safe space for women to explore and improve their sexual health. She personally tries all of the nonsurgical procedures that she provides through the practice, in order to better guide her patients in their decision-making process.

“While many surgeons offer vaginal surgery in addition to breast augmentation, liposuction, rhinoplasty, and other elective procedures, my practice specifically focuses on cosmetic gynecology,” says Dr. Brady. “I was the first doctor in North Texas to open a practice devoted to cosmetic vaginal surgery, entirely focused on enhancing our patients’ sexual health and well-being.”

Dr. Brady earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She remained in the city to complete a residency as a gynecologic surgeon at Baylor University Medical Center. She later studied alongside Dr. David Matlock, a pioneer of laser vaginal rejuvenation and designer laser vaginoplasty, as well as Dr. Red Alinsod.

Dr. Brady serves as the president of the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute of Dallas. She is a full fellow of the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and an active member of the Texas Medical Association, the Dallas County Medical Society, the American Academy of Cosmetic Gynecologists, and the International Society of Cosmetogynecology.

Name: Amy Haddad

Position: Nurse Practitioner

Biography: Amy Haddad, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is our certified nurse practitioner focusing on sexual health, wellness, and aesthetics. Amy has extensive experience in women’s health having previously trained at the Women’s Wellness Institute of Dallas and North Texas Plastic Surgery. Amy specializes in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) using the BioTE method, as well as O-Shot using Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy. Amy administers treatments for Votiva, Morpheus8, CO2 Intimate Bleaching, truSculpt, PRP, excelHR, and many more to come. Amy also provides injectables such as Xeomin, Dysport, and Jeuveau. Prior to pursuing her career as a nurse practitioner, Amy attended the University of Kansas where she graduated with honors and a degree in Community Health. Amy successively earned her degree in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma. After moving to DFW in 2015, Amy returned to academia to earn a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Position: Practice Manager

Biography: Amanda is our Practice Administrator, she has been in the medical field over 10 years with a background in both clinical and administration. Amanda truly enjoys helping people and making sure they receive the best care. She is proud to work with a wonderful team here at Women’s Wellness Institute of Dallas where we strive for patients to leave our office having received the best and most professional care we can provide. Amanda wants women to feel confident and have the ability to regain that missing piece of their lives.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, their three children and German Shepherd. She loves to travel, go shopping and try out new restaurants!

Name: Karen Ellis

Position: Patient Care Coordinator

Biography: Karen is our Patient Care Coordinator, she is a graduate of the University of Arizona with degrees in Finance and Marketing. Before coming to Women’s Wellness Institute she served as an event planner in Dallas for 15 years, working with non-profits. She also spent many years working in the Orthopedic industry. Karen is also on the board for Women for Orphans Worldwide and loves going on mission trips to Guatemala. In her spare time Karen loves cooking, playing tennis and spending time with her daughters and all her furry friends.

Karen wants women to feel comfortable with themselves inside and out. Karen loves working with Dr. Brady and this amazing team of women. Karen is here to answer any questions you may have and educate you on our practice’s services and procedures.
