I have a large nose which was broken last Ocotober. What changes would you suggest to fix the look of my nose?
You are an excellent candidate for a cosmetic rhinoplasty nose surgery. The functional ( breathing issues) can be addressed at the same time. I would take the hump down and elevate the tip to give you a pretty feminine nose.
Consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who is very experienced in Rhinoplasty surgery for your best result. (Robert E. Zaworski, MD, Atlanta Plastic Surgeon)

The tip can be elevated and the hump removed. The breathing issues can be addressed at the same if related to the nasal anatomy. (Kenneth B. Hughes, MD, Los Angeles Plastic Surgeon)

The pictures provided offer some room for improvement. I suspect there’s also a functional degree of impairment of nasal airflow, in addition to the described aesthetic concerns. (William Numa, MD, FACS, Boston Facial Plastic Surgeon)
Changes after broken nose
There are many things that can be performed with rhinoplasty nose surgery – it is important to have the goals that you want to achieve clear when you see your surgeon (everyone has a different idea of what looks good).
Looking at the pictures your nose is deviated to the right, and you have a dorsal bump – these are the main problems I see. If you have breathing problems then these can be addressed at the same time. If the tip of your nose drops when you smile this can be reduced by dividing the muscle that pulls the tip down (depressor septi muscle). You should consult a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area once you have worked out what changes you want. (Charles Cope, MD, Sydney Plastic Surgeon)
