Yes, that is absolutely possible to perform these procedures together. I have done numerous of this type of combo procedure. The key point is your position during recovery time. It is obvious that you should void pressure on breast and transferred fat. There is a specific position that you may lay on your back and with specific angles at knee and pelvic joints you can void pressure on buttocks at the same time. I’m sure your plastic surgeon can guide in that regard.

I’m answering your question without examing you!!! However if the width of the implant be 1 cm or more less than your breast width and if there is no other situations could be existing besides eg. Ptosis or tubular breast, I can say 80-85 % fill of high profile could be reasonable.
