You should try to post better photos. But regardless of the photo quality, it hasn’t been long enough to see your final result. You should wait at least 3 months for all of the swelling to resolve; some people take longer.
If liposuction was performed, the remaining fat (you can’t remove ALL of the fat or you’ll have skin on muscle) will be thick and hard for a few months. So be patient.

It takes about 3 months for the majority of your swelling to resolve after gynecomastia surgery, so be patient. It’s only been a month – it should continue to improve slowly. Be sure to follow all of your surgeon’s instructions.

You need to wait at least 3 months to get an idea of how your final result will look. One month is just too early – even if you just seem to have puffy nipples. Be sure to keep all appointments with your surgeon, and be patient.

You don’t mention your age in your post. You certainly don’t look very old, but the older a patient is, the longer it will take for contraction of the skin envelope, and it won’t contract as well as a younger person’s skin will. You are only 6 weeks out; things should improve over the next 6 weeks. And yes, you need to continue to see your surgeon as often as he or she recommends.

You do appear to have a mild case of gynecomastia. Unfortunately, working out your pec muscles, although good for you, will make the breast tissue more apparent. If you’ve had this over a couple of years with no changes, you’ll need surgery to correct it. Hopefully you’ll be able to do that soon.

This is normal – you should expect some swelling after surgery, and after 8 days, very little of the swelling will have resolved. Be sure to follow your surgeon’s instructions carefully and wear your compression vest if you were instructed to do so.

It is not uncommon to have nodules after SculpSure treatment, as the fat is damaged by the heat and it takes your body awhile to break it down and remove it through your lymphatic system. Pain after three weeks is very atypical – you should follow up with your nurse practitioner as scheduled. Aggressive water intake and massage are very helpful and important for a good result. I’m sure the doctor didn’t do anything wrong. There is pain involved, but it is usually not severe, or even close to that. The energy level can be turned down to allow better tolerance, but the higher the energy the more fat destruction. Anxiety or fear of the unknown could be playing a role here. I think it’s worth trying again; the doctor can monitor your progress and adjust the energy level accordingly.

SculpSure treatment is FDA cleared for love handles, so you should certainly expect to see result. But it does take from 6 to 12 weeks to see the result of each treatment, and most people need 2 sessions (usually 6 weeks apart). So hang in there!

An untreated ventral or abdominal wall hernia is a contraindication for SculpSure treatment, meaning someone with that condition cannot have SculpSure treatment in that area. But if the hernia has been repaired, SculpSure treatment is OK.

You are an excellent candidate for SculpSure. If you have a couple of inches of “pinchable fat” in the abdominal wall or flank area, you should get a nice result from a full SculpSure treatment.

Based on your photos here, you should be a great candidate for SculpSure. Liposuction is also a way to rid yourself of fat in problem areas like that, but the advantage of SculpSure is there is no down time or cost of anesthesia and operating facility. Many patients require a general anesthetic for liposuction. SculpSure treatments are performed in the office and are fast.

There is no association between SculpSure treatments and menstrual cycles. You should consider other causes of late periods and check with your family doctor or gynecologist if concerned.

There should be no association with your recent SculpSure treatment and nausea. Some patients note that they feel a little cramping sensation during the treatment, but they feel nothing after the treatment is completed. And it takes up to 12 weeks to see the final result of each treatment, so be patient. Most patients need 2 treatments 6 weeks apart to achieve an optimal result.
