It appears from you picture that you have asymmetrical tuberous breast. You can treat this in several ways. 1. You could have bilateral mastopexies, taking out some tissue on the right side to achieve size symmetry as well as shape symmetry2. You could have bilateral augment mastopexies putting in a slightly larger implant on the left side

It’s hard to give you a valid answer to your question without looking at pictures or having an examination. It is fair to say that the only way you can get more superior fullness is with a breast lift. If you try to do this with implants she will be in enormous. he would be most cost effective to do this after your childbearing years however is only a question that you might answer.Make sure you’re visit a competent board-certified plastic surgeon

All breasted 10 days sit higher on the chest then normal. It appears that your breasts were significantly ptotic, droopy from the get go. It will take months for them to settle in and it wouldn’t surprise me if you needed a secondary mastopexy in order for them to be as shapely as you might desire

It is hard to determine your exact problem without having seeing your preoperative pictures. It appears that you might have implants that are too big or maybe you should have had mastopexy after her last procedure. I would not recommend subcutaneous implants. They might look good for a while but they will eventually become encapsulated.You’re smart in seeking second opinions

I think it is highly unlikely that you will be able to be augmented with a 600 cc implant in the first or around as a 57-year-old male. He would be best served by having in person consultation with a competent plastic surgeon. It might be such that you have to get to that amount in stages

He really need to see your surgeon to fully evaluate near situation. It could be such that you’re engorge breasts are camouflaging the look and feel of your implants and they are not indeed ruptured. Mastitis is a whole another issue and if that is the case she really need to be treated show the plants secondarily infected it’s really impossible to anterior questions you need to see a plastic surgeon

You have what I consider dynamic wrinkles. Dynamic wrinkles are caused by underlying muscle contraction and subsequently the skin has no place to go but to wrinkle. When you are not animating her eyelids are perfect you are not a good candidate for surgery you should try ever-increasing’s small increments of Botox to tone down the muscle activity knowing full well that it’ll be improved but never eliminated

You started at with significant shape and size asymmetry and abnormal origin of your left pectoralis muscle. it is impossible to totally evaluate postoperative result without and in person examination. I can’t tell you that the rippling that she would get when leaning forward is due to the size of the implant relative to the envelope in which it was placed. This happens more commonly with saline implants rather than silicone due to silicone being a thicker substance

You are definitely not a candidate for liposuction. Such an endeavor would be life threatening if you were not treated in an intensive care unit post operative. This is not something that you should entertained.You should either consider having gastric bypass or institute a diet and exercise program for your weight-loss followed then by surgery to remove the excess skin

You should certainly be looking at her final result 9 months after surgery. It is quite possible that you do have some residual fat in one of the 3 pockets of your lower lid. You need to examine by a competent plastic surgeon to determine a cause of this lump and plan a therapeutic course to treat it. This is not an uncommon occurrence
