Thank you for the question. In my opinion the safest decision in this situation is to have the hernia repaired first and then proceed with liposuction. If the surgeon was to attempt liposuction in the presence of an abdominal wall hernia he would have to avoid passing the liposuction cannula through the hernia sac. Thank you for your question. Approximately 1 to 3% of patients that are injected with Botox have antibodies to the product. Some patients give a history of having food poisoning in the past which was severe. If you are a patient that has antibodies against Botox then any area of the face that is injected will not work. Based on the photographs that are presented with your question I do not see evidence of bottoming out or infection. If you were to have bottoming out, the implants would drop below your infra mammary crease and your nipple would point upwards. If you had an infection your breast would be painful, red, tender, swollen and you most likely would feel sick.
