I had been using Aquaphor and it did a good job . Now I am using Altar cream, made specially for vampire facial and face lift procedures. I like the fact it does not feel gooey and does not clot the pores and has healing properties. To know more about it you can go on CMA. COM I am using this after Morpheus, Fractora and also advise my clients to use it after Pelleve, laser face lift.
It has not failed me yet !

Does microneedling/PRP plump the face or does it just build collagen that works on the skin quality?

How are you. I understand that you have a full face and you just want to improve your skin . So when they say that it will plump up your face it does not mean that you will have a Fatter face . It helps your skin to look younger , tighter and the texture improves and if this is what you are looking for then it is a great procedure for you . You will need at least 3 treatments but the results are amazing.

How/when do you recommend using Facetite or a similar procedure after liposuction?

I think this is a great option for you. I have seen good results with it. You may want to talk to him about Accutite also . I have not seen you so I can not make and educated judgement. You are young and if you are not on any medications that will delay healing, your skin and the tissue under it should recover fast. I would say Go for it . Best of luck.

I want to recommend PRP which will help you build healthy tissue, give a glow. A filler can be combined with it but PRP is the most important factor. the increased volume will help the blood vessels look less prominent.

Use of anti inflammatory medications like your medication 1-2 days before and after the use of fillers can cause more bruising and swelling . I usually advice mt clients their use t in that time period.
