There is a great deal of variation of all faces. Your level of asymmetry is routine but can be corrected with orthognathic surgery and cheek surgery. Great procedures that are not insurance covered

I have performed more that 1,000 eyelid surgeries and I can tell you without hesitation that fat repositioning is highly over rated. Very difficult to predict who will benefit from this added procedure. Generally no longer performed.
Best option for my face? I'm 41 years old, tried Retin-A and Restylane Lyft. Interested in a facel
