Biography: Halah has been working in the beauty industry since 1968. She has been working in the service industry all of her life. She opened several restaurants in Michigan between 1987 and 2000, while continuing her work in salons. After selling the restaurants, Halah retired. However, when she started to miss interacting with people, she brought her years of experience to Philadelphia and began working with Metro Laser in 2012. Her favorite thing about Metro Laser is working with her fabulous team and meeting all of the wonderful clients we have.

Biography: Jessica earned her B.A in Communication Arts from Marywood University in 2015, with a focus in Advertising and Public Relations. She has been working with Metro Laser since 2016 and currently manages all marketing efforts for the company. Her favorite Metro Laser treatments are CoolSculpting and Microneedling!

Biography: Grace began her esthetics career as a freelance makeup artist for 9 years. She transitioned into skincare 4 years ago knowing she wanted to go more into the medical side of esthetics. In 2017, Grace attended CoolSculpting University where she fine-tuned her skills as a CoolSculpting Specialist. She now specializes in CoolSculpting, laser hair removal, and esthetics at Metro Laser. Her favorite Metro Laser treatments are CoolSculpting, Photofacials, and Microneedling!

Name: Nikka Braceland

Biography: Nikka is a licensed medical esthetician and a certified laser technician. She completed CoolSculpting training in 2017. She graduated from Temple University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies. Nikka has been working with Metro Laser since 2016 and currently works as a laser technician and medical esthetician. Her favorite Metro services are Microneedling and Laser Hair Removal!

Name: Alexis Stringham

Biography: Alexis’s passion for esthetics began with shaping eyebrows in high school and college. She earned her esthetician license from the Rizzieri Aveda School in 2007. She transitioned into the medical side of esthetics while attending the National Laser Institute and earned her laser certification in 2013. Alexis has been working with Metro Laser for 5 years and has been managing our Plymouth Meeting location since 2017. She currently works primarily out of our Plymouth Meeting location as a CoolSculpting Specialist and Laser Technician, but still continues to keep her Thursdays at our Philadelphia location to accommodate her Center City clientele. Her favorite Metro Laser treatments are CoolSculpting and Brow Shaping!

Biography: Audrey completed esthetician school 4 years ago, received her cosmetic laser certification 1 year ago, and completed CoolSculpting training last year. Biography: Holly has a passion for both holistic and medical skincare. She is currently working toward completing her reiki master apprenticeship and is looking to go further with holy fire reiki and potentially attending school for aesthetics. Holly loves to help people feel great about themselves while assisting clients at Metro Laser and in her own life. Her favorite Metro Laser treatment is Microneedling.

Name: Amanda Pickles

Biography: Amanda has made Philadelphia her home for the past 14 years after attending graduate school at Arcadia University. She is licensed as a Physician’s Assistant nationally through the NCCPA, in addition to holding state licenses for both Pennsylvania and New York. Amanda has been practicing as a PA for 12 years, primarily working in cardiac surgery. She has also expanded her expertise by taking courses for Botox and fillers, and continues to enhance her education within the aesthetic industry.
 
Amanda loves keeping her hands busy and is obsessed with the beauty and aesthetic industry. She believes age is just a number, and subtle enhancements make all the difference! We are excited to add Amanda and her aesthetic injectable expertise to the Metro Laser team.
