Does CoolSculpting not work on everyone?
CoolSculpting Repeat
Sep 5, 2018
Sep 5, 2018
It is quite possible that after your 'rock star' result from your first treatment, that you did not have much subcutaneous fat left in the zone to be treated. CoolSculpting is specifically a fat lipolysis modality, it is not a skin tightening or muscle building device. Your first treatment with CoolSculpting will most often be the most dramatic response simply because it is the bulk of your fat being treated.

Did the massage after CoolSculpting help to get better results?
Cool Sculpting post treatment massage
Jul 14, 2018
Jul 14, 2018
Clinical studies have shown that the 2 minute massage immediately after applicator removal has yielding enhanced results versus those who were treated without the massage. This massage breaks up the crystallized fat cells. Whereas, additional massage should not inhibit the results, no studies exist to show continued massage will enhance the results any further. Theoretically any target exercise, massage and/or increased water intake will increase circulation...

Jul 14, 2018

Full results from CoolSculpting are seen ultimately over a three month time span. You may begin to see some positive changes around 4-5-6 weeks however, 3 months is when we expect full change!

Are there areas of fat that are more resistant to CoolSculpting than others?
CoolSculpting Areas
Jun 25, 2018
Jun 25, 2018
Pinchable fat that can be pulled away from the body is the type of fat that responds the best to CoolSculpting. Flank tissue such as that of "love handles" can present as more fibrous however, as long as it is pinchable enough to reach all of the cooling panels of the applicator, it is still adequate fat to treat. Visceral fat, such as that of a more hard abdominal type fat, where you can 'not' pull the fat away from the body, will not respond well to CoolSculpting...
21 years old with chubby/saggy cheeks. Will cheek fillers help?
Proportions
Jun 6, 2018
Jun 6, 2018
Using a dermal filler with a large protein size such as Voluma or Restylane Lyft would provide more supportive volume to your midface and lateral cheek bone. Creating these contours in your cheek bones will provide proportional balance, where you will have created more volume in the upper part of your face. If you are genetically prediposed to muscle laxity in the lower face, it would be a preventative meausre for you to seek out a laser treatment such as Ultherapy...
