First, congratulations! Areas of induration (hardness) can indicate you are going to get an Amazing result from your Sculpsure treatment. First, I’m so sorry that you are having complications after Kybella. Our clinic has done hundreds of Kybella treatments and thankfully we have yet to see this happen, but injury to the myelin sheath of the nerve is a well known risk of Kybella. Have you tried Rhofade? This is actually Allergan’s newest acquisition. Allergan is the company that makes Botox and they buy everything that works amazingly well. I often start patients on Rhofade and do a series of 3 IPL’s. The IPL’s help more with the redness that you mentioned doesn’t go away. Also, intradermal Botox (sometimes called a Botox facial) works amazing well on facial flushing.
