It appears that your cartilagenous dorsum was aggressively reduced and that is what is causing that saddle nose appearance. This deformity unfortunately will not improve over time…if anything may get worse.It is not a difficult fix, however. Since your PS already did your septoplasty, he will have to use your ear cartilage to do an onlay graft over that area that has the saddle nose look.

After the incision lines are drawn, the amount of skin removal need to be rechecked in order to ensure the skin being removed is not too much.
