Not likely!Seek out a Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon or Otolaryngologist with vast rhinoplasty experience and you will get your answer.  An alarplasty may be able to narrow the base of your nose but there are limitations of the procedure, specifically it will be difficult  to reduce the volume of the lower alae to give you the contours, thinness and exacting spatial  orientation – as you had when you were 10.Good luck to you in achieving the nasal base of your 10 year old dreams !
