You may wish to consider slight lowering of the nasal bridge at the same time in order to improve the overall balance of your nose. These cartilage grafts may be taken from within the nasal septum or perhaps from elsewhere, such as the ear or rib, if necessary. This is quite common and routine. Your photos show that you would be a good candidate for reduction rhinoplasty to decrease the overall size of the bridge and tip and create better proportion of your nose to your face.
