Most nostril reshaping is performed through traditional rhinoplasty manoevres – and I suspect this would be the best option for you depending on goals and a full assessment of your situation. Alar base reduction is occasionally used in conjunction with rhinoplasty but rarely on its own. Good luck!

Hi there. Most humps are not related to nasal trauma. However, is is common to have some irregular contours after a nasal fracture and that the nasal profile looks different from different sides – this indicated an underlying asymmetry. Both correct of asymmetry and contour refinement are conventional goals of septorhinoplasty. Good luck!
