Definitely. Rhinoplasty can be performed to project the tip of the nose and likely raise the bridge slightly. This also has the effect of refining and narrowing the tip. If you are concerned about your profile you should also consider chin augmentation to balance the upper, middle and lower thirds of your face. Consult with a rhinoplasty expert. This artery is only at risk during sinus procedures and even then an injury to the artery is very low. It can be repaired with endoscopic cautery AKA TESPAL procedure. If you’re considering rhinoplasty this should not be a primary concern. There are much more relevant things to consider. Best.

Yes, the changes you’re looking for can be created but not by the method that you ask about. An alar base reduction is the answer. It does NOT look unnatural when performed properly. The key is to find a rhinoplasty surgeon that is highly skilled in both rhinoplasty and alar base reduction. The former does not guarantee the latter. Best.
