Hello and thanks for your question. The nose will feel stiff after a rhinoplasty, and will usually remain more stiff than your nose felt before surgery. The nasal tip appears bulbous and asymmetric, and can be addressed with surgery (trimming cartilage, narrowing the tip) if it continues to bother you.
