I prefer silicone as it is more natural looking and feeling.  When you meet with a board-certified plastic surgeon you should be able to see and feel the different types of implants and discuss what will look best on your frame.  Good luck!

You should be evaluated by a board-certified plastic surgeon.  Most likely your implants can be removed and replaced but you may require a breast lift or a pocket revision as well.  Your surgeon may also recommend staging your surgeries.  You do need to have these implants removed though it is not an emergency.  Best of luck

I would recommend smaller implants that are more narrow than your current implants.  Hopefully the internal pockets do not actually communicate with each other.  If they do this is a much more difficult correction

I am sorry that you are experiencing capsular contracture.  This can be a very frustrating problem.  Capsulotomies and/or partial capsulectomies are often used to treat this problem.  Combined with a pocket change (meaning transition of where implant is placed….from behind breast to behind muscle) this may be enough.  Sometimes surgeons will add certain meshes as well.  Nothing is guaranteed and if you have a capsule you are more likely to develop one again.  Best of luck to you!

You can choose a moderate profile implant that is more narrow than your breast depending on the pinch thickness of tissue coverage in that area.  An experienced board-certified plastic surgeon can evaluate your tissues and give you a range of acceptable choices to achieve a natural look.  Good luck!

Congratulations on your breast lift.  Much can happen in the first several weeks to months after surgery.  This asymmetry may improve or it may not but a final determination cannot be made for at least 8 weeks.  You likely have swelling that could be different between sides as well.  in 8-12 weeks you can decide whether a revision surgery is warranted and the best timing to do that.

It is so important to have your surgeon evaluate and advise you on this topic.  In general the breasts should be supported well for at least 3-6 weeks after surgery.  However many bras can support well and if your event allows you to wear a different yet still supportive bra then it make very well be ok.  Good luck!

It may be that you still have a lack of fat in this area with a contour deformity.  Most likely this is not FROM cellfina but rather a change in the contour after the treatment.  Your dimple is better as it has been released but now you seem to still have less fullness there causing a ripple.  Fat transfer to that area may work well for you

It can be very difficult to tell from photos alone whether or not there is too little or too much tissue in certain areas.  The biggest concern in my opinion is the discomfort and addressing that particular area.  I would seek several consultations before proceeding

NO 2 surgeries are the same.  The amount of settling or “drop” one may get can be very different from the next patient.  Many women will have a nice stable result immediately after surgery and this may be quite stable.  Other women will experience some settling.  This is dependent upon your surgeon’s technique and implant choice.  I would discuss your questions with your surgeon.  Congratulations on your breast augmentation

Most of us have slightly different instructions after surgery but in general you do not want to wear anything that may irritate the incision until it is healed completely.  YOu can continue to keep the incision moist with a silicone scar gel too.  Best of luck!

Congratulations on your breast augmentation.  I am sorry you are having trouble getting in to see your surgeon sooner after surgery.  Can you see the nurse?  Or send your photo via email?  Most likely this is a small stitch irritation and will heal without trouble.  I would advise you to keep it clean with soap and water in the shower and apply ointment with a dressing.  Best of luck!

Coolsculpting is a fantastic option for arms and bra rolls.  We have a lot of success with this treatment.  If you have significant excess skin however you may need a brachioplasty.  You should seek evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon who does bothgood luck!
