From just looking at the photos any kind of lifting by itsetf is not going to be sufficient to get a good attractive result since there is not much fullness over the pectoral muscles.An implant is going to be needed to create more lifting and fullness.The lifting would require a minimal scar after that depending on the size of breasts you like

It all depends on your specific concerns and the procedure performed on your nose i.e.whether the bones were broken and reset,the speed of recovery,the skin type etc.Only your surgeon can tell you because he can see and judge the situation best.Everybody else would be guessing
