I personally have no experience in the use of thermismooth after tummy tuck surgery. I have, on occasion, recommended patients for endermology, ultrasound or deep tissue massage to alleviate some of the post op swelling and discomfort after abdominoplasty.

I am unaware of any such cause and effect relationship between the two. Consider consulting with an ENT/facial plastic surgeon who performs botox injections. Perhaps he/she can irrigate your canals and repeat the botox injections when it becomes necessary.
