You appear to be an excellent candidate for a full facelift, to correct jowls and neck sagging.  I would also consider upper and lower blepharoplasty for eyelid wrinkles, and possibly a small chin implant to enhance you facial profile and neck, and rhinoplasty.  I recommend an aesthetic evaluation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with significant experience in facial cosmetic surgery, to help inform you of your options with an in-person examination.

Your desire to rejuvenate your appearance to look younger, more refreshed, less tired, and to improve your self confidence is quite normal.  Also, your age would be fairly typical in a man wanting to improve and refresh his appearance.  Like it or not, you are judged by your appearance, and it is normal to want to present yourself as best as possible.  If you have reasonable expectations and are otherwise in good physical and mental health, it can be a very positive experience.

Most of the time I do not use drains with full facelift surgery.  There are a small number patients in whom I might decide to place drains, and we discuss this at the pre-op consultation whenever possible.  Whether or not to use them is mostly an issue of surgeon preference, facelifts generally do not require drains.

I think you would do well with a breast lift as a stand-alone procedure, given that you have sufficient breast volume of your own, it just needs to be in a higher position.   Adding implants would make you larger, but also would tend to lower the breast as well.  Should you decide on a breast lift only, you can always add implants later at a second procedure with good results.

You appear to be a great candidate for breast reduction.  You will get a breast lift as part of this procedure.  Your plastic surgeon has some discretion in how much volume is removed from the breast, so preserving volume should be possible for you.  Good luck.

Generally speaking, you can combine surgeries without affecting the results; however, some surgeries make more compatible combinations than others.  At some point there is a limit to what can be performed safely all at once, since complication rates rise with longer surgery times.  Recovery can be much more difficult and uncomfortable, if too many procedures are combined together in the wrong patient.  It is a complicated assessment and should be done in discussion with your surgeon.  We d...

They look fine.  It takes 3-6 months for the implants to settle; there are many changes that take place in the early healing phase, and the implants often do so at their own pace (not exactly the same time).  I encourage you to follow up with your plastic surgeon who can examine you and help reassure you that you are progressing well with a very nice result so far.

Yes, it is generally possible to have both procedures done at the same time. Doing so will increase the operative time, and slightly increase risks if you are not in excellent health.  Whether or not both could be done at the same time depends on you , the surgeon's comfort level, and exactly how much lipocontouring you desire.  Discussing further with your plastic surgeon is recommended.

Although it's hard to tell with one photograph, it does appear that you would benefit from a lift.  I don't believe there's anything you can do before surgery to make your breasts look lifted. If you want to avoid scars, and don't mind a more natural or lower breast shape, then you may be happy with implants alone. Yes you can place implants with grade 2 ptosis, however you will likely get the best cosmetic outcome with a lift procedure to reposition the nipple and tighten the skin envelope. It does depend on your expectations, in some "borderline ptosis" cases, implants alone can be a reasonable compromise to avoid the scars of mastopexy if your desiring more naturally shaped result.  If you did skip the lift and desired one later, it could be done as a secondary procedure.

Based upon your photographs, and your desired results, a 400 mL implant could be appropriate for you along with some skin tailoring. We typically use careful chest wall measurements including the base width, as well as a preoperative sizing session with our nurse, and a discussion about expectations, derive an appropriate implant size. I would expect that you will have a very nice outcome with augmentation.
