Hi. Looking at the photos, I do think he would certainly benefit from rhinoplasty. Addressing the dorsal hump, the width of your nose, and the characteristics of the tip could refine the overall appearance of your nose to one that fits your facial structure better. The name of the game is facial harmony. Make an appointment when you are ready for a full facial analysis and computer rendering so you can see what to expect after surgery.

As long as that redness is not too tender I wouldn’t be too concerned about infection. However it’s very difficult to tell by just looking at the photos. As far as the lump inside the right nostril, that seems to me like flaring of the medial crus and although can very easily be corrected surgically, it is not just going to be fixed on its own.your best bet is to bring it up to you rhinoplasty surgeon to see what options he will give you. It is usually done in the office.Best of luck!!
