Hello and thanks for the question. Sometimes small irregularities and bumps along the bridge of the nose can be removed in the office setting under local anesthesia. Its difficult to tell without a full examination if you would be a candidate for this. If you are and its the only thing that is done, the recovery would be quite short. Hello and thanks for the question. Based on your photos you do have a significant crooked nose. This usually requires a surgery known as septorhinoplasty to re-set the inside and outside of your nose to bring things in to better alignment.  This can be a challenging procedure so I recommend discussing with a board certified facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon to discuss the surgery further.

Obviously if you are very bothered by the tip you can consider a revision, though I would recommend having a thorough discussion with a rhinoplasty expert, as very subtle refinements require a great deal of expertise. Hello and thanks for the question. It is difficult to make a full assessment from the photos but it does seem that you would benefit from rhinoplasty; specifically removal of the hump and elevation of the tip.  The most important aspect of the surgery is that you are comfortable with your surgeon. Hello and thanks for the question.  Liquid rhinoplasty is definitely not indicated for all patients.  It is generally used in patients who have a weak nasal bridge that needs augmenting.  There are risks associated with the procedure. I recommended seeing a board certified rhinoplasty surgeon to discuss if you would be a candidate. Good luck.
