I am assuming the laser was used for resurfacing and not an incision. Make up can usually be applied after the "new skin" has regenerated. Depending on the depth of the laser resurfacing, the amount of time may vary. When the skin is pink and not raw (oozing), make up may be applied to decrease the color difference. It takes about 3 months for 70% of the result and up to one year for the final result. Lumpiness is very common but will diminish with time. Indentations and irregularities may be the result of skin laxity from the loss of subcutaneous fat. Swelling after exercise is expected in this timeframe. Follow up with your plastic surgeon for his or her advice.  Best

Are they little white bumps? If so these are milia, which can be treated by extraction of the white debris or exfoliation of the skin. Milia are very common after a chemical peel. In my office, an aesthetician treats this problem. Hope this helps.

Based on your pictures alone, it is difficult to give you sound medical advice however, you appear to be a reasonable candidate for liposuction alone. The quality of your abdominal musculature needs to be evaluated in person. If you have good support with a small amount of excess fat, you are a good candidate for liposuction alone. Your inner thighs are not a great area for liposuction as it may create looser, wrinkled skin. Best wishes!

In general, your results are very good. Your breasts have fullness, roundness, and are relatively symmetrical. No two breasts are exactly alike. Your right nipple areolar complex is pointing slightly more lateral yet the right breast has a slightly nicer shape. The scarring is appropriate for the surgery. Comparing your pre-op and post op pictures, your breasts are at least 80% better and you did not experience any major post operative complication.
