There are procedures to change the way you look. Your main issue is the prominant lateral orbital rim. As long as you understand you are trying to change the way you look not to correct an aging eyebrow and eyelid there are procedures just for that.

Based on your information if the hump reduction was done too conservatively by simply rasping it down would save money and shorten recovery compare with a revision rhinoplasty.

It is difficult to tell from the picture you posted. However I don't think you need to alter your nostrils too much based on the frontal view of  your nose. And if the reduction of nostril is limited you should be able to retain a natural look. With revision rhinoplasty scarring is always a problem and it can make achieving symmetry more difficult.

If  money is a big issue I suggest  you wait until you feel comfortable financially to undergo surgery to alter your facial feature. You need to find a surgeon who is experienced in fixing your problem and with whom you will be able to get along and most importantly you can trust.

The base of the nose can be reduced by reducing the size of the nostril openings or leave them intact and just change the thickness of the nasal alar. If your nasal base is very wide both should be changed to achieve a more balanced look. There are many different ways to reduce a nostril and it all depends on the shape of the nostril. It is often done in an ethnic nose. Make sure to find a surgeon that has done many of these type of noses.

It is possible to achieve both goals with one procedure. Depends on the way your nose was reduced you may need ear or rib cartilage for augmentation. Make the dorsum high is easier than lengthening the nose. If  your cartilage support is intact lengthening can be quite easy as well.

I would wait for 6 months to see if the scar has flattened. Steroid injection is a good option while waiting. If the soft tissue bump from the Moh's scar is still unacceptable I would try scar revision first followed by laser resurfacing. With your skin type this should be satisfactory if you were happy with the shape of your nose prior to the Moh's. Otherwise a rhinoplasty will be in order. However I will not alter the bone to fix the soft tissue deformity.

Usually short scar facelift has almost invisible scars in experienced hands. However if you do not want any scar at all liposuction plus injections and some type of skin resurfacing would also achieve the same effect.

I am not sure why you have scar in your eyelids. If you had surgery before the scaring can cause dry eyes and possible eyelid malpositioning. Skin graft and mucosal graft are both viable options and can correct your condition. I agree with everyone else here that you should see a surgeon in person to get a more accurate assessment.

It is actually quite common in older patients wanting to get rid of the lines under the eye and the doctor injected too medial into the muscle around eyes. The protruding of the fat does not go away after BOTOX wears off especially if you are older. You option now would be lower eyelid surgery to remove the fat pocket. Laser may help temporarily but you will be much better off with lower lid surgery.

Every surgeon has their preferences when come to break the bone to narrow the nose. There are more older surgeons use the external osteotomy. If you scar well and your surgeon is very good in all other aspects by all means go with them. Otherwise consult another surgeon. I personally had never needed to make an external incision for a close or open rhinoplasty.

I can not tell much of the difference either. If you do have significant asymmetry between the right and the left eyes and you really want to do surgery I would do both eyes not just one to match the other. As long as you understand they will never look exactly the same but may be some improvement of the asymmetry.

If your blink mechanism is not affected then you have little chance to develop dry eyes. Good Asian eyelid surgery is not to physically make your eyes bigger because that would make your eyes appear unnatural and even scary rather to make your eyes look bigger and your face brighter and more energetic.
