This is very common for patients after Lasik – while most of the healing occurs in the first week or two, the eye is slowly healing for 6 weeks to 6 months and during this time, the eye may become dry and irritated and the vision may fluctuate. Dryness of the eyes is very common during the healing phase, and I would suggest artificial tears for the next couple of months – this should improve your vision and help to stabilize it.
