From the photos, it appears that you are a good candidate for revision rhinoplasty. I feel that most if not all of your concerns can be addressed and improved. The length and droop can certainly be improved. The crookedness can usually be improved as well, although it looked like there was some inherent crookedness to begin with. Using fillers to hide a bump is certainly an option – the effect usually lasts 6-8 months and people like it because there is no recovery. Obviously, a rhinoplasty will give you a permanent result, but it is a lot more expensive and 1-2 weeks of recovery is needed. You should consult with a rhinoplasty expert to get the best opinion.

I don’t see any photos for this question, but it general, the tip has to be as well as the nostrils for a wide tip. In general, you want the nose to have a triangular shape, and if you only reduce the nostrils, the nose can actually look more square.
