maturity, a good support system for post operative healing , and a realistic operative plan most often result in a positive outcome and experience
i find my patients at this age are usually quite successful

at the appropriate time the physician can address the acne deformity – some times the peels are enough , other cases may need filler or laser resurfacing – depends on the depth of damage
i hope you find this helpful
Dec 26, 2012
i routinely use a computer imaging system to formulate my surgical plan – it helps the patients and their family visualize desired outcomes
in my practice i commonly treat functional and aesthetic concerns at the same surgical setting
best of luck

it is difficult to be specific without photos, but a consult will answer the question of what would help you

i use computer imaging for all my consultations, and it really makes a difference in choosing the right nose for you

we use laser hair reduction to eliminate the hair from the follicle with a high rate of success
common areas we treat are face, chin , axilla , trunk

i see this combination frequently
the profile reveals the likely need for platysmaplasty to define the neck and jawline, and a chin implant for further balance and definition

i believe many aspects of the macs lift are brilliant, and have adapted them to my present short – incision lift
hats off to the inventors of the macs lift for many of the concepts they have introduced

frequently a patient can get acceptable relief with a series of fractional laser treatments
as established surgeon in practice before the explosion of lasers i must admit i was sceptical, but in my clinic we get some surprising results with the fractional laser
the only way to tell is consult with a doctor experienced inn scar revision

basically , the muscles that hold up the eyelid get “rarefied ” attachments. it is repaired by forming a strong bond to reunite the muscle with the eyelid
most of my patients choose repair under local anesthesia. it is safe, comfortable , and allows me to precisely position the muscle on the eyelid

also, have you lost a lot of weight in general ?
if the conditions are right, fat is my choice for cheek filler assuming you have enough extra fat tissue – you need approx 200-300 cc. fat usually will persist for long lasting effects, and can help the overlying skin tone and texture
best wishes for your success !
