I do not see your columella as wide from the inferior view, which is good because that is a largely uncorrectable complication of open rhinoplasty that cannot be repaired. However, it is low as your nostril contours are irregular. These, and the scars, are common problems after open rhinoplasty, which is why I never perform it. The reason you don’t like your current appearance is that you had a very shallow, almost nonexistent, depression between your nasal radix in your forehead (frontonasal depression).
