Dear MWC88 so this is definitely not from the spreader grafts. The mid portion of the nose has collapsed, most likely from collapsed nasal bones after the osteotomy. Spreader grafts actually reinforces the middle portion of the nose and would prevent inverted v defects. That being said. I feel your nasal bones need to be readdressed with osteotomies and cartilages of the lower portion of the nose will also need to be treated. Yes, you are a candidate. Younger patients fare well with Kybella. It takes several treatments and involves lots of swelling. Buccal fat reduction is quick and easy. Less swelling. But has a nice effect of chiseling the face.

Dear olivia423Otoplasty and lower facelift can absolutely be performed simultaneously. Although it would just make the recovery little more complicated. RiriTB Your chin is not made but in general I suggest chin to be slightly behind lower lip projection for women. Men can have more projection as this is a masculine trait. I would exchange for extended anatomical chin implant   I like the conform. They feel softer and offer excellent cosmetic results. Large is my guess but I always use sizers to make final call Dr M

Dear Pfkaplan1Some asymmetries are within normal limits. Overall the height of the eyelids look adequate. The shape might be a little off but I would start with some massages. I would continue to follow up with your surgeon. Healing of these procedures takes time. The extra skin really has nothing to do with ptosis repair. If all else fails seek a second opinion but it's better to stay with your original surgeon. Best of luck
