Thank you for including photos with your question. In the morphed image you attached, you are slimming the bridge as well as the tip of the nose and narrowing the nostrils. These changes can only be made with a rhinoplasty and alarplasty. I would suggest an in-person consultation with a rhinoplasty specialist. During a consultation a computer simulation can draw potential changes to your nose.   That will give you a very accurate idea of what you could anticipate with rhinoplasty and alarplasty.
