One of the main reasons I’m not a big fan of non-surgical rhinoplasty, also the results are usually less than amazing when seen from more than one angle / in person. And you’re limited in terms of what you can do with reshaping compared to surgical rhinoplasty. So the risk / reward ratio is kinda off

Hello and thanks for posting. I personally think you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty as there seem to be a number of features of the nose which can reliably be improved upon. I would agree with your observation of an over resected bridge, wide upper 1/3 with a likely open roof defect. Although you are still very early after surgery, these particular issues are not going to improve. In fact they could only get worse. Best to seek an in person consultation with an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon for consideration of a revision. Best of luck to you!
