just wondering if 9 units of botox will be enough to notice a difference?

The usual dose can range from 12-20 units. The 9 units would be considered a conservative amount. The results would be less long lasting but the results should still be visible.
If I’ve never done Botox before, is it safe to get all 3 areas (forehead, the “11’s”, & crows feet)

It will not be a issue for the most part to do all three areas at the same time. The risk is so small to have a reaction of any kind that doing one or three areas would not make a difference.
