Thank yopu for your question! From your photograph it does appear that you have some ptosis and assymetry. Nevertheless, your ptosis is minimal and it seems that a straightforward augmentation with a possible areolar reduction will help to acheive the symmetry and sensual aesthetic result you desire. I do not think a true or full breast lift is needed. A detailed consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is always recommended.

The Brazilian buttlift consists of liposuction and sculpting areas of the body (typically abdomen flanks thighs and back) and injecting that purified fat into the buttock area. That combination will sculpt your waist and abdomen and improve your curves. Cost is dependent on locaiton and qualification of your surgeon. In southern california our costs are typically $8000 to $10,000.

I prefer using “goal” photographs to create the sensual and aesthetic look you desire, rather than aiming for a bra size. I do think it is realistic to acheive the size goals you have.

Many of my Brazilian Buttlift patients desire combination procedures. My ultimate recommendation is to start with the brazilian buttlift performing liposuction of the abdomen, back and thighs. THen when fully recovered proceed with the tummy tuck and Breast surgery 8-10 weeks later.

I always recommend that patients have a detailed discussion with their plastic surgeon. It is important that you are both on the same page regarding your desired results. I personally do not recommend the approach of committing to implant size pre-surgery and prefer choosing a desired look and having the surgeon use Sizer Implants in surgery to pick the size and combination that gives the best symmetry and closest reulst to your goals.
Did I need a lift? I have snoopy boob, or is it an under dissected pocket?

Thank you for your question. It is always recommended to consult with your plastic surgeon if you have any questions or concerns about your recovery. From your photographs it appears that your implants are still full and high on the breast but this is not uncommon in the postoperative period and may take as long as 6 months to fully settle. I recommend patience and time and the implants will likely heal beautifully.

BMI or weight alone are not the only factors to determine whether someone is or is not a surgical candidate. If you are within 10-20 pounds of your realistic goal weight then I would say that you are still a candidate.

What are the risks of having liposuction/bbl and tummy tuck all at the same time?

I always recommend staging surgeries when a patient wants to have a BBL and any surgery on their front side such as tummy tuck or breast surgery. The reason is that you will have to be positioned on either the fresh tummy tuck side or fresh BBL side to finish the surgery and that will compromise your results.
